Q: What is the next step after I made a reservation with you?
A: After receiving your reservation, all necessary arrangements will
be made by our operations team. Tour confirmation will be sent to
you by e mail, with your tour booking status. You have to settle a
30 % deposit of entire tour cost to our bank account in order to
guarantee your reservation.
Q: How do I consume your tour from my home town?
A: Our tour will be started upon your arrival at the Yangon
International Airport in Myanmar. You can depart from any country
and start your tour upon arrival. Our representative would welcome
you at the airport upon your arrival.
Q: What is included in your tour services?
A: Service inclusive and exclusive will be clearly expressed in our
tour quotation. Our tour quotations generally includes domestic
airfare, accommodation, transfer, all other domestic transportation,
sightseeing with local English/other foreign language speaking
guide, breakfast.
Optional lunch, dinner, entrance and visa fees.
International departure tax and personal expenses are excluded !
Q: What kinds of meals do you serve during the tour?
A: Breakfast
would be served to you at the hotels along the tour. Lunch and
dinner is optional and if requested it will be served at local
restaurants with Myanmar and Chinese cuisines. European and Muslim
meals can be arranged at some hotels and restaurants at the major
tour destinations on advanced request.
Q: Can I use credit card in Myanmar?
A: Credit cards and traveler cheques are still not widely used in
Myanmar, the same for Euro currency. The only foreign currency which
is widely excepted and easy to change in local currency is the US
dollar, but damaged and old dirty notes will also be refused.

Q: Can I get Myanmar Visa upon my arrival?
A: Yes. But you must sent your personal data, flight detail and two
recent passport size photos by email to our company at least 1 month
prior to your arrival. Then we will apply the Visa on Arrival (VOA)
for you. (The policy can be changed without notice).
Q: Can I get visa on line?
A: No!
Q: Can I bring my mobile phone into Myanmar?
A: Yes, you can bring but you cannot use because of no international
roaming!
Q: How can I contact my home from Myanmar?
A: The major hotels are equipped with IDD phone system and you can
make oversea calls to your home but is quite expensive, before you
make a call you better first check about the rate per minute to the
destination you want to call too! E mail service is available at
most hotels and at internet cafes in Yangon and major tourist
destinations at reasonable price.
Q: What about the medical precaution?
A: Simple medicines like paracetamol and some simple antibiotics are
available, but in case of special medicines, it will be advised to
bring your own required medicines with you. There are no
international standard medical services in Myanmar yet.
However there is an small SOS clinic in Yangon, who in case of
emergency can take care of immediate evacuation to Bangkok or
Singapore but this requires separate insurance please check with
your own insurance company about this or check the SOS website:
