Booking Procedures
All reservations must be made through our licensed travel
enterprise, Moby Dick Tours, as per following address-

Payment Terms
Full payment for services shall receive at least 15 days prior to
the commencement of the tour. In case of suppliers asking for the
deposit, it should be paid before it is due in order to secure the
booking.
The payment for group bookings should be paid in full at least 30
days prior to the commencement of the tour.
All the payment are requested to be sent by telegraphic transfer
and a copy of bank transfer order must be sent by fax or email to
our office as per above address. Or cash on arrival on exclusive
arrangement. There is still obstacle to accept any credit cards,
traveler-checks and checks widely.
Cancellation Policy
1. Tour Cancellation
The clients or agent will loose their deposit when cancellation
made before the tour starts.
45 days prior to arrival Nil
44 to 30 days prior to arrival 25% of full tour cost
30 to 21 days prior to arrival 50% of full tour cost
20 to 15 days prior to arrival 80% of full tour cost
14 to 7 days prior to arrival 90% of full tour cost
Less than 7 days in advance 100% of full tour cost
2. Hotel Cancellation
Hotel cancellation will be subject to the policy of the
respective hotel.
Prices
All prices are quoted in United States Dollar (USD) net basis
(non-commissionable) and valid according to the date specified on
the printed traffics, quotation, invoice etc. Moby Dick Tours
guarantees that the prices or rates quoted are correct at the time
of issuance but are subject to change with or without prior notice.
Insurance Requirement
It is highly recommend that travel insurance covering health,
trip cancellation lost and damage luggage etc…
should be bought.
Responsibility & Liability
Moby Dick Tours will organize/ conduct all the tours to the best
of its ability as per agreement and takes the best care for the
safety of the client during the tour. Moby Dick Tours, however, will
not be responsible and will not accept the liability for loss,
personal injury or damage occurred during or after the tour. In case
of such misadventure, Moby Dick Tours would offer every possible
assistances to the client.
Moby Dick Tours cannot be responsible for any unforeseen
circumstances beyond our own control – or acts of god – which would
alter the agreed tour conditions and services; changes in flight
schedule, war risk, natural disaster etc. Additional cost due to the
changes to be made as the outcome of above circumstances must be
borne by clients. Moby Dick Tours, however, would offer every
possible assistance and advice to the client.
Clients traveling with Moby Dick Tours deem to accept the above
terms and conditions at the time of making the booking. |
